As your Knoxville Newborn Photographer, I understand the importance of capturing those precious first weeks at home with your newborn. My in-home newborn session experience is designed to be seamless, stress-free, and tailored to your family's personality. In this guide, I'll walk you through everything you need to know before, during, and after your session. From preparation tips to the final delivery of your photos that you'll treasure forever! In the booking process we choose a tentative date within two weeks of your due date, and secure your session with a contract + payment. This ensures you have no worries or lingering invoices leading up to your session, it's all taken care of! As time passes, I'll reach out to share a "what to expect" blog as well as a short questionnaire to gather some important info from you such as any pets you'd like to include (which I love!), or special items you'd like pictured with baby. During this time I'm available for any questions, big or small, that you may have- via text, Instagram, or email. I'm here to help you feel confident and excited about your session!

On the day of your session, my goal is to capture authentic moments in a relaxed, natural setting. Upon arriving I'll ask for a quick tour of your home (or the areas we've previously discussed) to view the natural light and gather ideas for where to begin. We’ll take our time, allowing your baby to set the pace, ensuring everyone feels comfortable. There is never a sense of rush during a session with me, and it will feel as if we're just hanging out! Whether we’re in the nursery, living room, or another space in your home, I’ll work to create a calm atmosphere where your family’s love shines through. As your trusted Knoxville Newborn Photographer, I focus on making the session effortless, capturing the true essence of your growing family.

After your session you can expect a "Sneak-Peek" gallery within 48 hours that will have you giddy with excitement for the full reveal! I carefully choose the best 50 images from your session, and hand edit each photo. Your full gallery is delivered through a pin-protected digital gallery within two weeks, and I absolutely love hearing your responses and posts! Once the gallery is delivered, I continue our relationship by connecting through Instagram and adding you to my email list. Seeing your babies grow is something so special and I am so thankful for all of my returning clients!
